A customer satisfaction survey will be conducted in the Joensuu region’s public transport starting from week 43.
Passengers on JOJO buses will be asked to provide feedback on topics such as customer service, driver behavior, bus cleanliness, and schedule reliability.

The JOJO customer satisfaction survey is carried out on buses twice a year. However, the online survey remains open continuously, allowing passengers to share their feedback at any time.
The results of the survey influence the compensation paid to public transport operators in the Joensuu region. In addition, the feedback is used to support planning and development of the service.
