A mandatory system update will be performed on the Waltti system, which will cause an outage as follows:
Update schedule: Tue-Wed 18–19 March at 01:00–06:00
Estimated duration of the outage: maximum 5 hours
Impact on services:
• Waltti Mobile: Not working during the outage. Ticket purchase and retrieval of already purchased tickets will not be possible.
• Waltti store: Not available during the outage.
• Contactless payment and Waltti travel cards: Working normally.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the update. However, the update is necessary, and we will do everything we can to ensure that the disruption to Waltti’s services is as short as possible.
