Accessibility statement

This accessibility statement applies to the site jojo.joensuu.fi. The Act on the Provision of Digital Services, which stipulates that public online services must be accessible, is applied to the service.

The online service meets mostly the accessibility requirements. We have evaluated the accessibility ourselves.

Shortcomings observed in the online service

• PDF Files on the Website: There are PDF files on the website that are not accessible.
• Text Contrast Issues: In some elements, the text contrast does not meet the minimum requirements. These issues may appear in page numbering within various listings.
• Deficiencies in the Feedback System: The map icons in the feedback form lack accessible names, and the form buttons are missing accessible labels.

Feedback on accessibility can be given: Fill in a web form of the City of Joensuu to give feedback about accessibility or by an email to viestinta@joensuu.fi.

If you notice accessibility problems on the site, first, give feedback to us, the administrator of the site. It may take 14 days before we answer. If you aren’t satisfied with the answer you received or you don’t receive any answer within two weeks, you can report the supervisory authority.
