Street Work Continues on Bus Routes

Road construction in Mutala continues to affect vehicle traffic on Utrantie between Kurjenkatu and Nuohoojankatu. The construction of the Utrantie crossing will begin in mid-July, and the work is expected to last about a month. The construction is expected to be completed by the end of August.

The construction of the roundabout at Länsikatu–Yliopistokatu will also affect public transport in the area. Local traffic lines 2, 4, 6, 7, 9, 12, 101, 102, and 104 will run temporarily via Siltakatu–Kalevankatu. Lines 3, 7, 9, and 11 will run temporarily past the construction site via Suvantokatu–Sepänkatu. The two stops near the roundabout will be out of service during the construction period. The work is expected to be completed by the end of November.
