Christmas and New Year bring exceptions to the operation of JOJO and ELY services. In addition, school day shifts are not run during school holidays in basic education. The autumn term of the schools ends on Friday 20 December 2024 in Waltti area. Spring semester starts on Tuesday 7 January 2025.
Christmas traffic
* On Christmas Eve Tuesday 24.12. Saturday traffic, JOJO services are not run after 1 p.m. A list of the last JOJO shifts. No ELY traffic services.
* On Christmas Day on Wednesday 25th December not operated
* On Boxing Day on Thursday 26.12. Sunday traffic, ELY traffic S and SS services
New Year's and Epiphany Traffic
* On New Year's Eve, Tuesday 31 December, buses will run according to normal weekday timetables
* On New Year's Day on Wednesday 1 January there will be Sunday traffic, ELY traffic S and SS services
* On Epiphany Monday 6 January, Sunday services, ELY traffic S and SS services will be run
The North Karelia Travel Combination Centre (MYK) is closed on weekdays from 25 to 26 December 2024 and 6th January. When the Travel Combination Center is closed, Noutopoika 1 and 2 do not operate.
